Eric is a Virginia Beach native and graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business. From there, he was hired as Financial Manager for a nation-wide, nonprofit credit counseling firm eventually becoming CEO. In 2007, Eric formed New Leaf Properties, LLC rehabbing and holding properties. In 2013, he retained his real estate license and is now  an agent with Prodigy Realty. In 2016 Eric formed his 2nd real estate company, DEG Homes, Inc. You may know Eric for wholesales, but his experience includes rentals, lease options, extensive rehabs, auctions, subject to’s and tear downs.  His hobbies include running, photography, and surfing.
