Daniel came to the Hampton Roads area in 2003 due to his service in the U.S. Navy. He took a job helping borrowers avoid foreclosure in 2011 through loss mitigation & for eight years worked as a mortgage underwriter. In 2019 he decided to shift gears & started to work as a mortgage loan originator to help borrowers with purchasing their new homes. Since this time, Daniel has also worked to educate himself as a real estate investor & has built up a portfolio of single family homes (and a few duplexes) using creative measures to obtain his properties. Daniel is passionate about helping others to achieve financial freedom through real estate investing & is always willing to assist with the knowledge he possesses as he still originates home loans for investors and first time homebuyers.
