Alan transferred into the Tidewater area in 1981 with the US Navy.  In 2010, Alan and his wife Heather decided to begin their journey into Real Estate Investing. They began flipping houses and haven't looked back since. In 2012 he became a member of TRIG. In 2014 he became a board member of TRIG and was the Vice President of TRIG from 2015 - 2021. Throughout his continuing journey, Alan has flipped houses using multiple exit strategies, been a wholesaler, landlord, for both long and short term rentals. For a number of years he and his wife taught rehabbing and wholesaling in the Tidewater area. Alan spends the majority of his time now building his retail real estate empire as co-lead of the Murray Realty Group, brokered by LPT and building a short-term rental portfolio in Florida.
