Kelli Garrett, RehabWallet
Kelli founded and ran a successful mortgage brokerage company for 9 years focusing on residential and commercial mortgages. She held a series 6 and series 63 securities license during her time with the mortgage company. Her company worked with over fifty different lenders and brokered 60-70 loans per months. Before exiting, her company had expanded throughout the state of South Carolina with locations in Charleston, Greenville, Columbia, and Hilton Head.
Since exiting her mortgage brokerage company, Kelli has performed hundreds of private loan applications. She prides herself with a strict underwriting criterion for lending and has not lost any money with the loans that she has provided to residential and commercial rehabbers. Within Rehab Wallet, Kelli is focused on loan origination and servicing.

John Napier, Hanger Law
John Napier is an experienced attorney and board member at Hanger Law. He has built his practice around Residential and Commercial Real Estate, providing legal representation for Developers and Builders, Land Use and Zoning Issues, and Business matters.
The son of a Naval Aviator and grandson of a World War II veteran, John has spent significant time on both coasts, with many years in the Coastal Virginia area working with some of the largest real estate developers, investors, and brokers in the business, as well as representing new ventures and startup companies of all types.
