To sum it up – Drew buys houses for the benefit of his private investors and pays them a high rate of return on their money. Drew became a real estate investor in the beginning of the decline in real estate values in late 2006, since then he’s be able to hire staff and successfully run a real estate company consistently buying 2 houses a month. He specializes in creative deals and is more of a real estate entrepreneur than a real estate investor, buying houses better than no money down. His business deals mostly with offering great Rent to Own and Owner Financed properties to credit challenged buyers. He also is one of the larger wholesalers in the area dealing with mostly property in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake.
