NOTE: Applications for membership will be reviewed by the Board of Directors at the board meeting following the receipt of your application during the Exective Session. You will then receive a Welcome Email within a few day’s after the board convenes and after that, then will be entitled to all membership benefits. If Applications are not received by the TRIG office 5 days prior to Board meeting then applications will be reviewed at the following month’s board meeting and guest fes will apply at the meeting in between each meeting.

TRIG Meetings

With the exception of December (holiday party) and July (summer picnic) all TRIG meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month at the Norfolk Airport Hilton.

“TRIG” is an acronym for Tidewater Real-Estate Investors Group, founded in January 1979, a non-profit trade association formed to promote education in the fields of real-estate investment and management throughout the Peninsula and Tidewater area of Virginia.

Through monthly meetings , TRIG provides a climate for sharing interests in real estate, airing questions and getting answers.

The Tidewater Real Estate Investors Group, Inc. (“TRIG”) is, in general, a group of individual real estate, mobile home and commercial paper investors interested in advancing the ethical pursuit of buying and selling all forms of real estate for both value appreciation and positive cash flow purposes, as well as to buy and sell mobile homes and interest bearing paper notes. The TRIG General Membership Meetings are intended as a networking forum to promote frequent contact and discussion among TRIG Members as well as to provide a forum for professionals recognized as experts in their fields to address the Membership and to allow for Members to identify and collectively respond to market/political forces that could negatively affect our individual and collective ability to profit from our investing efforts as noted above.
